Essentially, such like the literal sense, a "Hyperlink Latino" is a Latino, Latina, LatinX, or supporter who serves as a connector and source of tech information within the "tech-inquisitive" Latino community. This individual is driven to learn, teach, and raise awareness of Hispanic representation in technology.

To provide a platform that empowers the Latino/LatinX community to take actionable steps toward increasing Hispanic representation in the tech industry. Our vision focuses on encouraging members of our community to pursue careers in technology that are not only accessible but also profitable, helping to close the gap and create more opportunities for growth and advancement. This can be achieved by offering resources, mentorship, networking opportunities, and educational content that cater to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the Latino/LatinX population. By doing so, we anticipate our platform to play a pivotal role in fostering diversity in tech, while also contributing to the economic advancement of underrepresented communities.
